This morning, someone asked me who I was, so I sent her my blog https://hs100.co to read more about me. Coincidentally, this brought me to reread my previous blog post (published too long ago, I must admit), on June 13, 2025. It was a progress report on my mission to help humanity defeat aging. What struck me most was how the general framework of the project did not move an inch, how solid it was, but also the sheer progress the overall project has made since then in the execution of the action plan. As the saying goes, we overestimate what we can accomplish in a day and underestimate what we can accomplish in a year. Read on to discover where the 2060 Foundation and its ecosystem stand as of September 2026.
Vision
The vision of the 2060 Foundation, and general framework, has not moved an inch since 2022. It’s interesting to explore how the solid foundation of a project takes a long time to settle down, is invisible to most eyes, but is a mandatory step before the project can grow at an exponential rate.
The action plan of the 2060 Foundation is to create a movement where people take care of their health, according to what science and medicine allows at any given time, and at the same time invests today in the biotechnologies of tomorrow, attracting human and financial capital until we break the code of human life, understanding the sheer complexity of complex living organisms, understanding the processes of aging at the cellular level, understanding how to slow them down, stop them or even reverse them.
We get there by creating a whole ecosystem around longevity, which finds, creates and funds longevity startups (thank you Sylvain for putting the right words on this, it’s so clear and explicit now!), with highly competent, motivated and aligned people to take care of each project.
This vision was clear from day 1 and still seems perfectly up to date. It is the foundation on which the whole 2060 Foundation sits.
Ecosystem
Today, the 2060 Foundation is an ecosystem of projects built around a common goal, defeating aging before 2060:
– Ikare.health helps people who want to live to 100 in good health benefit from the latest advances in preventive medicine. Patients receive a personalized longevity journey, with doctors and health coaches helping them gain greater visibility into, and control over their health. People who are healthy and want to remain so for as long as possible need to start taking care of their longevity now. It is concrete, actionable, and effective. Although this project is not new, it has been wonderful to see it gain momentum over the past year, notably by welcoming a new project leader and business partner to the founding team.
– The 2060 Longevity Investment Club is an investment club dedicated to longevity. Every one or two months, we select one of the world’s most promising longevity startups, create a special-purpose vehicle (SPV), and co-invest in it alongside our club members. Our goal is not only to maximize financial returns, but also to support the development of biotechnologies that do not yet exist and could help prevent specific diseases 10 or 20 years from now. Today, the portfolio comprises seven outstanding companies, and it continues to grow: StarkAge Therapeutics (my very first longevity investment, not part of the Club because it was the starting point but still part of the whole investment journey), Cyclarity Tx, BE Therapeutics, Rasayana Therapeutics, Etheros Pharmaceuticals, Post Translational Medicines, and our latest addition, Vital Audio.
– The 3060 Fund of Funds is the first, and to the best of my knowledge, still the only “S&P 500 of longevity”. It is an accessible, easy-to-understand financial product that gives investors exposure to hundreds of startups spanning the full spectrum of longevity, without requiring specialized expertise in either longevity or investing. We launched this project this year, and it is already attracting tremendous interest. That makes perfect sense: the longevity sector is growing exponentially, and this megatrend is unlikely to slow down anytime soon, given both the remarkable discoveries being made in the field and the major demographic shift taking place across Western societies. We aim to raise 10 million by the end of 2026, and we have already made considerable progress toward that goal.
– The 2060 Longevity Investment Forum is the final piece of the 2060 Foundation puzzle. These projects—and the investors, doctors, patients, scientists, and entrepreneurs behind them—are spread across the globe. But people are social beings, and video calls, phone conversations, and emails alone cannot create a true sense of community or the feeling of contributing to a shared mission. This is where the 2060 Forum comes in. It is uniquely positioned as the world’s leading conference dedicated to longevity investment. We have just concluded the second edition of the 2060 Longevity Investment Forum, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. I cannot wait for our third edition in 2027!
Visibility
It is exciting to see podcasters, influencers, community leaders, mainstream media outlets, and even major television channels finally turning their attention to longevity, and to see the 2060 Foundation positioned at the heart of these developments:
– We spent three full days filming in the United States with Martin Weill for an episode of Les Interviews de Martin Weill.
– NHK, Japan’s national broadcaster, covered the 2060 Longevity Investment Forum.
– Les Echos was represented at the 2026 edition of the Forum (and they wrote an article about us)
– I was interviewed by Matthieu Stefani for La Martingale, one of France’s most popular investment podcasts, perhaps even the most popular.
– Le Nouvel Obs and Les Echos have featured the 2060 Foundation in their articles, with coverage from other mainstream media outlets expected soon.
– The 2060 Foundation has also appeared on several fascinating podcasts (too many to mention them all, with my apologies) including Zones Bleues with Yves Bozzi, The Pope Podcast with Raphaël Genin, and Vitamine Sud with Daniel Dinia.
Of course, media coverage brings a certain amount of personal satisfaction. It is gratifying to know that others consider our work interesting and valuable to society. Nevertheless, we are determined to remain humble and focused on what matters most: bringing more people and more capital into the longevity field, thereby accelerating our progress toward our shared goal.
Teamwork
Perhaps the most important change over the past year is that the 2060 Foundation and its ecosystem are no longer driven by one person alone. They are now supported by an entire team of highly skilled and deeply committed people:
– Martial Trigeaud is a talented former cycling champion who ranked first in France’s junior cycling league in 2005 and later competed in Arkansas. He is also a seasoned entrepreneur—having acquired the bicycle brand TIME from Rossignol and founded several medtech companies in Arkansas—as well as the founder and former manager of the venture capital firm B21 Ventures. We work together on the 2060 Longevity Investment Club and the 3060 Fund of Funds.
– Guillaume Agis is one of the smartest and most disciplined technology experts I know. A graduate of Epitech, one of France’s leading computer science schools, he has contributed to numerous technology projects. Beyond his technical expertise, he is deeply committed to fitness and regularly participates in HYROX and other demanding sports. We work together on Ikare.health.
– Sylvain Bargues is a triathlete, former corporate executive, and entrepreneur in the cosmetics industry. He graduated from École Polytechnique, one of France’s most prestigious engineering schools. We work together on the 2060 Longevity Investment Forum, as well as on a new conference-related concept that will contribute to the broader development and strategic direction of the 2060 Foundation. We look forward to revealing more about it soon.
– Martin Beaujouan is a former paragliding champion and currently one of the smartest and most successful real estate investors I know. Based near Megève, he has built an extraordinary professional network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals interested in investing in longevity. We work together on the 3060 Fund of Funds.
Many other team members also contribute to the broader project on a part-time basis, bringing their particular expertise at different stages throughout the year:
– Sébastien Gallot and Raphaël Chalaye Lozano from the support us with public relations and influence, through their structure Citizens.
– Gabriel Hodoul, formerly communications manager at the newspaper La Provence and now the owner of Aura Provence, helps us develop local relationships and supports the planning and logistics of the 2060 Longevity Investment Forum.
– Taya Maki, president of the French Cryonics Association—and formerly my children’s teacher, what a wonderful combination!—helps us curate the Forum’s cryopreservation speakers and coordinate their participation.
– Alexander Tchernev is a venture fellow at Healthspan Capital, co-founder of the Bulgarian Association for the Biology of Aging (BABA), and a PhD student. He also holds a master’s degree in biology with first-class distinction from the University of Oxford. He assists with the organization of the 2060 Forum.
– Bryan Bessaud, an engineer, physical activity educator, and longevity enthusiast based in Montpellier, also supports the organization of the Forum.
My apologies to anyone whose name is missing. This list is by no means exhaustive, so please reach out and let me know whom I should add.
These people are not merely passionate about longevity; they strive to embody its principles. They value physical fitness, mental well-being, and a lifestyle designed to preserve health for as long as possible. When we work in longevity, our daily choices should reflect the ideas we advocate. As the Latin saying goes, mens sana in corpore sano: “a healthy mind in a healthy body.” Every member of the team brings this ideal to life, strengthening the credibility of the group as a whole.
The 2060 Foundation is an extraordinarily ambitious project. Building an ecosystem capable of helping humanity defeat aging may be one of our most audacious aspirations, and achieving it will require dedicated and brilliant people. The community united around this shared goal has already grown far beyond the person who first conceived the idea and began turning the vision into reality.
Next
With these four projects—the Investment Club, the Fund of Funds, the Forum, and the concierge medicine service—the 2060 Foundation ecosystem has reached the minimum viable product (MVP) stage.
The next phase will focus on consolidating these projects and helping each of them grow into a global leader in its respective field.
The thought that, by next year, we may have advanced just as far beyond where we are today as we have progressed since last year is incredibly exciting.
The best way to predict the future is to create it ourselves. Let’s see how good we are at this!
