Who?

I’m Gabriel, and I’m a tech entrepreneur. I’m 41, married, 2 children, and I live in France, in a small and beautiful city called Aix-en-Provence. I’m French and Romanian, I lived in Bucarest as a kid and teenager, then in Paris as a student and young entrepreneur, and since 2018 in the South of France. My wife is Polish, and our kids speak French, English, Romanian and Polish, we’re a melting pot family 🙂 I graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Télécom Paristech, and my educational background is in software engineering. I have created several startups since I was a student, and I sold my last startup to a big US corporation in 2021.

Since then, I’m passionate about longevity and I’m trying to learn as much as possible about it. Ageing is a disease, and my goal is to help Humanity acquire the necessary scientific knowledge to cure it.

This is no easy task, but statistically speaking, out of a life expectancy of 80 years, I still have 40 years of my own life to make this happen.

I have a unique set of strengths which I believe are the right combination for curing ageing :
-I’m an independent and audacious thinker, setting goals for myself most people consider impossible. I don’t want to tilt at windmills of course, but as long as the goal makes sense, is useful and serves a greater purpose, the harder it is, the more people consider it insane to accomplish, the more I like it.
-I know how to reach a goal (execution and speed, planification, patience, endless energy, resilience to fail 100 times and start over again, discipline, short term/long term arbitrage, etc).
-I am able to understand pretty well how people think and what motivates them.

Reaching a healthspan of 100 years needs teamwork, a whole ecosystem to fund biotech startups, entrepreneurs and scientists to create and manage them, lobbyists and political connections to unlock massive public funding, reform the FDA (EMA and the likes), etc … this is what I’m building the HS100 community for.

Join me and let’s make this happen!
